Living in Evansdale we are pretty lucky to have a great system of sidewalks and trails to run on. The Cedar Valley Nature Trail can go for miles! We have a few 2-3.5 mile runs that keep us from getting bored around town.

All of us, being Mom's of young children and husbands with jobs that require them to work late (and Tina is is college) so most of our runs are done after dark when the kids have settled down! This was easier when the weather was warmer!

Tara lives in Grundy Center (30 min drive from Evansdale) so I know it is a struggle to keep running! I do wish she lived closer so she could join Lisa, Tina, and I on our runs!
